As we prepare for our Thanksgiving holiday later this week, I thought the following tribute to cooks by Barbara Sweeton would be appropriate. It hangs outside the refectory at Holy Cross Monastery in West Park, New York.

Dear Rob. I love the song for the cooks. The church which I served in Taft, California is still serving between 35 and 50 folks every evening. I am so glad the program continues 2 months after my departure. I am back in my home In Maui. Aloha, Heather 808. 446-3545
